The event on September 22nd will be attended by a mix of agency and pharmaceutical business intelligence professionals, and will present how organisations across different sectors collect and use customer engagement and loyalty feedback.
Rick Harris will also conduct an afternoon workshop session for delegates, alongside long-standing colleague Rachel O’Sullivan from Legend Engage, a specialist digital agency.
