Rick’s presentation will highlight Customer Faithful’s immersive customer experience techniques, using its project work conducted for Ordnance Survey (OS) as a case-study. Drawing upon its Lifelines™ methodology, Rick will show how analysing people’s map use ‘in-the-moment’ reinvented the OS Explorer maps that are sold today.
