Rick Harris – Customer Experience Designer
Rick is Owner and Managing Director of Customer Faithful and is the architect of customer experience design and customer loyalty techniques within the business.
Rick has spent his life studying customers – what motivates them, what frustrates them, what makes them behave they way they do – both as individuals and in crowds. For over 20 years, Rick has helped businesses and organisations to understand their customers, enabling them to plan and improve their customer offer.
His experience spans a wide range of industry sectors and international markets, with a particular focus on retail consumers and healthcare services.
