Customer Faithful at BHBIA Conference – London

Customer Faithful’s findings from its 2-year research work into the causes of NHS missed appointments will be presented at the 2016 BHBIA Conference in May.

Together with Pfizer, who commissioned the research, and Legend Engage, a specialist digital agency, the session will highlight the potential of digital and social media techniques to combat declining response rates and tightening budgets within the healthcare industry.  Using a case study of exploring the cause of missed appointments in the NHS, the session will demonstrate how a world without structured topic guides, or rigid protocols can engage respondents to offer rich insights and rewards.
