Podcast - How Customer Journey research can link brand and employees together

This podcast really has stood the test of time - based on our 2012(!) lecture delivered at the Engaging Brands event at Covent Garden’s London Transport Museum in London 2012.

The event was designed to explore how business leaders and their employees could build brands that reflected not only the values and attitudes of the organisation, but help align customers to them too.

Here is a brief 10-minute podcast, featuring Customer Faithful Founder Rick Harris and Carrie Bedingfield, (then director of comms agency OneFishTwoFish), discussing their experiences of creating “engaging brands” and anchoring them in the real-life customer journey narratives of customers.
